    HELP !!!!! 2nd cycle

    hey, pretty new to this site never even knew it existed but its pretty informative u guys are all doin a great job.

    ive completed my first cycle kinda an experiment to see wut i would come out lookin like, i gained a solid mass im sittin at about 205 right now but ive got some fat on me.

    i was recently given alota juice from a friend n i wanna use it i got winny, deca200, masteron, enanthate, and clen.

    now i wanna use it all just cuz i know it will get me shredded in time for the summer as im usually away everysummer somewhere in the sun n i need to get rid of this gut

    so my question for all u is, HOW do i use all this ive got quite a bit but is it possible to run it in a 2 to a max of 3 months if i have to. my diet is hella strict so i jus need some pointers on how to put this to use, ANY IDEAS?!?!?!?!

    Welcome to the board. I have to tell you that first we need to know much more about you like your stas, your weight lifting experience, age, and how much of each compound to you. I also have to question how strict your diet is if you have a gut. Often what people consider a strict diet really isn't. Do you weigh your food? Do you actually know how many calories you are taking in and what macro nutrient ratios you are using? What is your cardio like? Take some time to give us a more complete picture and we will be glad to help you.

    you completed your first cycle...how long ago?did you complete pct?
    dont jump the gun and take so many diff compounds cause thats just asking for trouble and at your experience level you wont gain better than of a basic stack.

    Then do some research and learn about appropriate second and cutting cycle composition. Lastly, compose a cycle based on your research and goals, then present it to the forum for critique. This is how you take ownership of your plans instead of merely passing the buck to members. Best wishes.

    Alright, well heres some of my stats, ive been workin out on n off for 3 years now, more solid since the last year. im 21 years old weighin in at approx 205. and now that i think about it i truthfuly dont have the strictist diet im sure as hell its nowhere near compared to ur guys diets i got alot on the go right now but i do fit in atleast 5 meals min 4. i have never weighed my calorie intake or anythin like that ive mostly based my training schedule and eating off of friends n that around the hood just cuz ive seen their results i dont really think any1 i know had held a strict diet so i need some more guidance on this and everything on the internet that ive found seems so mixed up and so many diff opinions.

    and hasam i know all that juice is too much for my body can handle lol that shit will blow my heart up.

    but i can get my hands on enough for me to complete a cycle so if u all have any suggestions on how i can put all this together because like i said, the first one i did was outta stupidity i was given it so i thought i would put it to use and ever since that i had gained alota size but i never got to gettin rid of the fat i gained around my body which i really wanna get rid of.

    and i completed my first cycle last summer just before the summer. and wut is a pct?
    as u all can probably tell by now im hella new to all this i just wanna get some good pointers, a schedule and some workout/diet tips plz i would appreciate it.

    so in summary i got a huge supply of the crank listed above so thats not an issue i just need to kno how much n how i should spread it out. my stats are up above i think that should be enough, anythin else just let me know. i wanna get this started by the end of the month the latest. once again thanx for all ur guys help shit i never knew this would be so hectic.

    diet, diet, diet ,diet can NOT say it enuff.. learned this myself.. Juice is a waste without correct nurishment

    Slow down dude. Just do a little test. Diet, and eat good. Stop eating crap. Do cardio. You really don't need anything. Especially at your age. You are looking for a short cut. Get off the high calorie diet. Clen is the last thing you should be doing.
