    Turanabol or Phera Plex for First Cycle

    Hey Everybody,

    I'm 24 and have been lifting intensily for 2 full years. I'm 6'1", 189 lbs. I eat really clean and get plently of sleep and have hit a plateau in my workouts. Flat bench 155x6 for three sets. I've Never used any gear. I want to gain some size from a short cycle of orals, without risking too many sides.

    I was thinking Tbol or PP ED. Both seem pretty easy to come across. I'm looking to a do a four week cycle, with liver protection and then four weeks of pct.

    Which one of these would be my best bet? I definately want to keep my gains.

    forget about oral cycles and look at your diet thats where your failling!add in a bit of healthy junk like peanut butter and increase your calories week by week until your gaining again.at your height you should be around 210lb naturally before starting gear.

    Tbol and PP ain't the same at ALL! Tbol is the shit.........though, you should go w/ Test for a first cycle..

    sounds like you have some more natural training to do. But like said before, 1st cycle should definatly be test maybe with some dbol ...

    Why should his first cycle include dbol ?? It seems like he wants sides to be kept to a minimum so I doubt he'll want to gain 20 lbs of dbol water weight.

    If you were to do a cycle it really should have test in it, but if oral-only is the way you want to go turanabol would be a good choice.

    I didn't see the age! Damn why are they all thinkin they have to juice after 2 years lifting and not knowing how to overcome. I've been in the same situation for like 6 months without knowing how to break my plateau....the answer is ......... brains!! try to train clever and maybe change you split routine and diet, but juice after 2 years, damn, you guys are lazy as hell

    I wouldn't call myself lazy. I do my homework(research here and BB.com) and hit the gym hard (but not too hard). My diet is very good, however, I should be eating maybe 500-1000 more calories a day. I'm right around 3,000 now. My gains are coming very slowly and I do change up my workouts monthly and add drop sets super sets etc.

    Perhaps I'll give it a few more months naturally and then try a cycle of Oral T-bol if the gains stil aren;t coming.

    Add more calls to your diet, and put more energy into the gym. If you're only doing it half ass at the gym, your gains will be only half ass.

    Do some diet and training changes. You'd be supprised at how much you can still grow naturally.

    I'm giving 110% effort at the gym. I meant that I don't overtrain muscle groups

    its all well and good putting 110%effort in in the gym but if your not eating and 3k is really not eating you wont gain.once you go over 4k and get near 5k per day you will really start gaining!

    Yup. Diet is key. Eat till you puke. Then eat some more.

    Couldn't say better. That said, i don't wanna flame ya Natty, just saying that you could maybe suck it up at the gym and train harder, no matter how strong/weak you feel that very day. just keep trying bro!

    I'm not really down with you on that bro, i'm @ 3700 cal/day and i keep getting bigger/harder every month, that's just a matter of getting to know your own body and how you react to different diet/workout combination....the hardest part.
