    Exclamation Newbie with winnie

    I need to get leaner and Also need to pick up some sprinter speed!! I am 6'2" 255 and have trained for the last 5 months in hopes of making a comeback in the sports world. I have taken myself from 250 and 22% BMI to 255 and 15%. I formerly competed in D-II athletics and want to get back to the sport I love (semi-pro). But first I need to get back at least some of what I lost. I would greatly appreciate info on how best to use the Winstrol to help me lose about 15-20 pounds. I also am wondering if this is the best compound to use. I am mainly a speed and explosion athlete. I have read that it will weaken joints AND tendons?!? That is the last thing I need, going out there and blowing a knee out!! But the contradiction is that this will lean me out and make me faster. So what do I do? I have 2 bottles of 50mg/ml here. If there are questions about my prior usage or involvement in anabolics then I will leave you with this: 3 months ago i used DECA for just 4 weeks. The reason i stopped using so soon is that it did it's job (joint pain eliminated(not to mention a 550 lb squat) ). Followed by clomid for 5 weeks. I am not an avid user obviously. But I do like the results that I have seen. I may pick up the torch more often as my funds improve. Anyway. ANY info is greatly appreciated. Like if there is a PCT if you are ONLY using winstrol (I won't be using a test or any other anabolic at this time, just winnie, I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT to gain speed!!) and I look forward to hearing your replies.     winny is an anabolic

    and you wont lose 15-20 pound of fat. You need to change your diet and cardio to lose waight not gear.

    Cardio/Diet/Training are the best way to lose pounds ....... simple as that.

    Deca for 4 weeks ........ poorly planned ......... it takes deca about 4 weeks to fully kick in ..... u didnt even get to fully enjoy the benefits of deca ... at least u ran somewhat of a PCT

    Hold off on the winny bro ........ stick around and do as much readin as possible ...... check out the diet forum, workout forum, steroid profile forum, etc .... Lots of great info on this board ...... u obviously need to soak up as much information as u can ........ I dont mean to sound like a dick, but educate yourself before you go out and use something that you dont fully understand.

    winny won`t burn fat for you, people think winny is a fatburner cause it draws no water and you get real cut, with veins popping out. it will make you more explosiv, but as a sprinter i wouldnt use it because of the dry joints you get

    your an athelete wana be semi pro and you used deca????not the best idea seeing that you will fail a drug test up to 18months now.

    No joke on the poll, just letting everyone know that Balco is a sham and that there are inumerable amounts of Olympic and pro athletes using and beating tests all the way to the bank or medal stand. As far as DECA and a positive test. My league has never tested in the 12 years of its existence. You should see some of the FREAKS playing DB!!! If you don't use in this league you're asking for a beat down for 70 plays a game. Oh and 4 weeks of DECA is all I could manage because I couldn't pry much more from the Misses strict management of MY money. As far as diet goes I am on a very strict diet right now 3,200 cal a day down from 4,600 a day. I am always on cardio due to the nature of the game. However, I will admit my timing is off. My season starts in 2 months and I am holding at a constant 250 right now. I had dreams of running 4.3's again but I know at this weight and BMI it is just a pipe dream. So as far as not knowing or being totally a newbie, yeah that's me. I make no claims to being an expert. But I do get advice from avid users, I don't always believe everything I hear though, hence the post. I am just looking for the most effective way to use my gear and spend my money! To those that offered HELPFUL replies I thank you. To those that think they know.... I was 245 all natural, and would run through most users with ease. Pro tryout this spring too!! NOW you have something to hate on. So now that I have vented a bit and sank a level or two. What is the *BEST*, gear to shed? Also, since I do have winnie, should I use this at all 2 months prior to the season or will it stress my joints too much? Again any HELP is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
