Try posting this in the Supplement forum........
Just so you dont leave empty handed try to find a Time Released Multi. Dont go with a shitty Centrum or one a day. I know that will probably piss some off but I think those vitamins suck. Dont get me wrong its better then not taking one but if you're looking for optimal effects go with the TR Vit.
I'd either go with an Apex or a GNC Megaman. Thats right GNC Megaman. Has to be the only thing I actually purchase from that place.. I've been on the Beverly Multis for a while now but they get expensive. Probably going to switch back to the Mega man when these run out.Last edited by SPIKE; 03-18-2006 at 10:26 AM.

I like Animal Pak. Lots of giant pills to choke down, but pretty good. I don;t know if they're time-released

I used to send some lactating clients there b/c they even have multis with extra folic acid and what not. Do have to say they dont have too many time released multis though.

I take Isotonics Multitech and OPC-3. Great multi vitamin with antioxidants, powder form ,mix with water take first thing in morning so absorption rate is high, I highly recommend.

Advocare's Coreplex is a great multi and their Omegaplex is great for your essential fatty acids. Pricey but worth every penny as with the two you feel like a million bucks.

How would you know if the multi-vitamin your taking is not working or there is a better one out there?

I WORK AT VITAMIN SHOPPE - (1) Animal pak is expensive GARBAGE -sorry guys, but true... You're paying for "cool" ads, not quality ingredients (2) Ultimate Man (vitamin shoppe brand) is the lowest quality I'd go... Check out Source Naturals, New Chapter or Life Extension -these are THE BEST and expensive, but just like AS, you get what you pay for.

The cheapest ones in the store
Sure, the TR are the best, but for those prizes, just buy some cheap ones, and take it 3 times a day. same results, much lower in price
but this is how I tread all my suplements. I'm not willing to pay 3 times the value for something that is 10% better.
