Ive been searching through these forums for about a year and have become almost addicted to them. i have finally gathered up enough courage to post a thread concerning the cycles i have completed, as well as stats and pictures. i hope everyone who reads this will give me some criticism (good and bad, both are necessary in my mind). I would also like some advice on what you guys think i should do for my next cycle based on my results of past cycles. Statistics are as follows:
Age: 20
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 203lbs.
Bodyfat: n/a
Previous cycle information:
- short 3 week cycle of 1AD back when I was 18.
- 4 week cycle of Ergomax LMG in sept. '05.
- 4 week DBOL cycle in feb. '06 (yea i know im going to get ripped on for this by some)
--- with the dbol cycle, i was nervous and skeptical about using it. my friend took the same cycle a few months before i did and told me he loved it, so I gave it a shot. it consisted of weeks 1-2 @ 30mgs/day. week 3 @ 45mgs/day. week 4 i weaned myself off with 7 days of (45mg,45mg,30mg,30mg,30mg,15mg,15mg). I gained 10lbs of mass. As surprising as it may seem to some, as of today, i have not lost any strength or weight gains (even got a little stronger in some lifts). as for sides, the only problem i had was severe migranes when working out, which i cured with taking arimidex.
I'm looking to start a full, legit cycle come next fall .. around sept/oct. In regards to the pictures below, what advice would u have for me as to what cycle would be best for me to take. Im looking to gain quality lean muscle mass, with minimal bodyfat.
I workout 5-6 times a week. (sometimes day 6 is a ''lagging bodypart day'')
Mon - Calves, Chest, Abs
Tues - Back and forearms
Wed - Legs and Abs
Thurs - Shoulders/Traps and forearms
Fri - Biceps,Triceps and Abs.
--- all workouts stay within the 8-12 rep range with a 15rep warmup. i also walk on the treadmil at a slow pace for 10min before each workout. as of last week, i started doing 30min of cardio on mon/wed/fri after workouts.
My diet is not entirely on track due to the fact that I eat college campus food. But for the most part its in check, with eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt, and of course meats and chicken being the major players.
I took a lot of time typing all this up, so I hope I get some useful comments, criticism, and advice. thanks.
