    Semi-Newbie looking for advice/criticism

Ive been searching through these forums for about a year and have become almost addicted to them. i have finally gathered up enough courage to post a thread concerning the cycles i have completed, as well as stats and pictures. i hope everyone who reads this will give me some criticism (good and bad, both are necessary in my mind). I would also like some advice on what you guys think i should do for my next cycle based on my results of past cycles. Statistics are as follows:

    Age: 20
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 203lbs.
    Bodyfat: n/a

    Previous cycle information:
    - short 3 week cycle of 1AD back when I was 18.
    - 4 week cycle of Ergomax LMG in sept. '05.
    - 4 week DBOL cycle in feb. '06 (yea i know im going to get ripped on for this by some)
--- with the dbol cycle, i was nervous and skeptical about using it. my friend took the same cycle a few months before i did and told me he loved it, so I gave it a shot. it consisted of weeks 1-2 @ 30mgs/day. week 3 @ 45mgs/day. week 4 i weaned myself off with 7 days of (45mg,45mg,30mg,30mg,30mg,15mg,15mg). I gained 10lbs of mass. As surprising as it may seem to some, as of today, i have not lost any strength or weight gains (even got a little stronger in some lifts). as for sides, the only problem i had was severe migranes when working out, which i cured with taking arimidex.

I'm looking to start a full, legit cycle come next fall .. around sept/oct. In regards to the pictures below, what advice would u have for me as to what cycle would be best for me to take. Im looking to gain quality lean muscle mass, with minimal bodyfat.

I workout 5-6 times a week. (sometimes day 6 is a ''lagging bodypart day'')
    Mon - Calves, Chest, Abs
    Tues - Back and forearms
    Wed - Legs and Abs
    Thurs - Shoulders/Traps and forearms
    Fri - Biceps,Triceps and Abs.
--- all workouts stay within the 8-12 rep range with a 15rep warmup. i also walk on the treadmil at a slow pace for 10min before each workout. as of last week, i started doing 30min of cardio on mon/wed/fri after workouts.

My diet is not entirely on track due to the fact that I eat college campus food. But for the most part its in check, with eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt, and of course meats and chicken being the major players.

I took a lot of time typing all this up, so I hope I get some useful comments, criticism, and advice. thanks.

Looks good bro, you look strong.

From an objective point of view (I am definately not flaming you bro, you look great)

Weak points - Shoulders - biceps

    Strong points - Back, Legs

easy points to work on - Stomach definition - obviously it will come out in a cutting cycle.

As far the as the gear goes, I would say to make sure you have taken the preventative measures for your liver. Also, you might want to try some Test E at 500 mgs a week (2 injects) with something else. And, of course with some super PCT.

    Good luck bro,

    Looking strong man.

IMO, a little young yet for AAS, but I also believe you are old enough to make your own decisions.

Pics look pretty good. Back is definitely a strong point for you and your quads look good too. You have a good physique to work on.

Bi's and shoulders need some more development.

I understand that it is hard to eat real cleanly from a school caf, but just do your best to be eating the amount of meals that you need as cleanly as possible. You obviously want to put some effort into this, so start there.

As for the AAS, start with a test only cycle. I think that you will see some great gains from this. Keep the diet as clean as possible and you won't put on as much water weight. Stick with test e or c for your first time. Test prop. will keep more water off, but requires ed injections and they can be a bit painful at times.

Try 500mg. week test e or c, doing injections on Mon. and Thurs. for 10-12 weeks and then do a proper pct.

You look like you have put some work into this and you seem motivated to started. My advice to you would be to make sure you are getting everything that you full can from diet and training, and then if you want to, try out the cycle that I listed.

yea the funny thing is .. my arms and shoulders used to be my strong points. and i may have unknowingly slacked off on those while increasing intensity with the rest of my body. i dont consider it flaming, like i said, criticism needs to be both good and bad.

as for my liver, i have taken all precautions. milk thistle was run before and after the aforementioned cycles, as well as some other things.

i havent paid much attention to my stomach in the past, but thats changed within the past month or two, and ive seen a difference.

as for the cycles in the future, i had in mind taking some form of testosterone, and now i feel more confident that u guys have also suggested it. you think just test would be efficient enough? cuz i have some left over dbol. maybe taking dbol for 2-4 weeks in the beginning to kick start it? what do you think?

thanks guys i appreciate the comments. keep 'em coming.

also .. when considering using test-e, what do you guys think would be a proper pct program? would it just be the commonly used nolva during cycle and clomid after? or is there something else i shud be made aware of?

That would be fine for PCT and for during cycle.

and as for the dbol in the beginning weeks?

I wouldn't use it in this cycle. Not that I am against using it, but learn what the test will do to you alone first and then start running multiple compounds. It will give you a much better understanding of what each compound does for you.
