sshoulders 1-3 ml's max pending on the size of your delts

How big it your delt. I can do up to 2.5 but dont advise it.

Start with no more then 1.5 and go up from there.

i am planning running 2 mls of test e a week and 2 mls deca a week u think i can alternate shoulders for the e so 2 shots a week and ass 1 2 ml shot of deca?

or should i put 1ml of e and .5 ml of deca 2 times a week in one needle and a ml of deca on more time a week all in shoulders?
