i got sustanon 250 and on the back of the vial's package it says exp 3/2006

can is till use it?

I'd use it. It may have lost a little potency though. Not much to recognise it as it expires this month.

ive used gear in this situation and not had problems and got gains

ive read that expired gear are still good up to 2 years from the exp. date.
