Hey guys, I'm getting way ahead of myself here - but forewarned is forearmed I hope. First my stats - 6ft, currently 236 - dont know my bodyfat % (sorry). Been training about 10 years, I'm 36 years old. Currently on my 2nd proper cylcle - test E 500mg/wk, eq 400mg/wk and d-bol 30mg/day (though this has just finished at end of 4th week of cycle).
My next cycle will begin September (I know it's ages away, but like to plan ahead!) and hopefully will look like this
test cyp 600mg/wk (1-13)
tren E 200mg/wk (1-10)
'drol 100mg/day (1-4)
Letro 0.5mg eod
PCT with nolva / hcg
Anything you can add, help me with or suggest will be greatfully appreciated. Thanks in advance
