    Question shoulder injection

    can anyone give me any tips on shooting into the shoulders or pics on a specific place thnx

    I usually inject the middle/main deltoid muscle at a 90 degree angle. Arm by my side and straight in at 90 degree's.

    there are three different heads you can inj in your shoulder....it will show you exactly where you can jag in the pm i have sent............................

    i hit the rear by myself...if i'm injecting right shoulder, i put my left elbow against a wall or something strong, i then twist my body to the left while the elbow is still on the wall and i can hit it that way, it's easier to give a visual example than to type, but a bb'er at my gym showed me how to hit several different hard to reach areas
