Exclamation Supplements with Cycle? Too Much?

Just started with Test E 600mg and EQ 400mg per week. Also taking Glutamine 2x a day in morning and immediately after workout. Creatine before and after workout and CLA in the morning and afternoon. Is this too much to be taking? Also the normal protein is being adjusted in throughout the day.

I am assuming you are having a protein shake PWO, if that's the case then don't take your PWO glutamine with your PWO protein shake. Your protein shake already has glutamine in it, any other glutamine mixed with that may cause absorption problems. If you still want to take glutamine PWO, then take it immidietly PWO, then 15 min later have your protein shake.

Bro I wouldn't bother with the CLA, but it won't harm you. Creatine is fine.

Take the creatine in the PWO meal... You should be getting enough branch chain aminos in your shakes. Are you taking anything else? Like flax seed oil, or multi-oil(with fish oil), how about a good multivitamin, etc...???

I've just heard the CLA attacks the fats in the mid section..or will cardio with the test and eq help just as well?

Diet first and then the cardio with your supper supplements... The only thing I may suggest but is now just as hard to get is an ECA stack.

Steroids and supplements are two completely different things. You have no need to worry about using supplements whilst on a cycle. However supplements such as creatine and tribulus etc are best used for PCT.

Glutamine can be taken at any of these times..........first thing in the morning 15 minutes before breakfast, 15-30 minutes pre-workout, 30-45 minutes after your PWO drink and 30 minutes before your last meal before bed.

If I was you id use one serving pre-workout and another in the morning. You could even do all 4 @ 5g a time.

This is very false information. No matter if you are on a cycle or not, you still need supplments. You still need your pro shake PWO, you still need your multivitamins etc. You do this wether you cycle or not. Creatine and other supps as such are there for additional benefits.

Yh sorry...........I meant the dangers of using supplements. I meant to say 'you dont need to worry about using supplements whilst on gear in terms of side effects'.
