    Question big bulk up cycle needed

    need a big bulk up cycle,,,,,

    nearly ready for my 4th cycle ,
    its goin to start mid april time on a 10week course,
    reason:- going on holiday,, and its always nice to look good wene ya go away,,

    i have 4 weeks worth of oxymetholone 50 which i would like to include for
    first 1-4 weeks,,,

    wots the best thing to run with it to get the best results?

    stats: 5ft8
    11 1/2 stone
    age 27

    train 3 to 4 times weekly 1 to 1-1/2 houres a time

    any help would b great

    either test/tren or test/deca

    IMO if u havnt reaped the full benefits of deca use it.. otherwise step up to tren.

    just make sure u run your test accordingly to give you best recovery to deal w/ the metabolites of tren if u choose this path.

    btw u train to long at a time.. i train 3x a week 45-55min a session and i assure you it is the most optimal training duration.

    i was thinkin of deca aswell ,, not used it yet,,

    i thought of this cycle:- week 1-4 oxymetholone 50
    week 1-10 test e or cyp
    week 1-10 deca
    week 1-14 nolva

    wot do ya think?

    deca is best used for 12 weeks MINIMUM due to it taking SO F'n LONG to kick in full potentional ... usually 4 weeks to saturate blood levels.

    test should be ran several weeks past deca IMO since deca metabolites are similar to tren as far as suppression goes (NOT AS BAD THOUGH! thank god) and it will make for a much easier recovery if u run something like this

    1-4 abombs 50-100mg ED
    1-14 Test E 500-750mg /wk
    1-12 deca 300-500mg/wk
    nolva/ AI / HCG how ever u want

    the thing is on the day of week 10 is wen i go on holiday
    how about:
    1-10 test e
    1-8 deca
    nolva 1-14

    just doin a recovery at the mo from a short 4 week oxymetholone 50 cycle ,,

    suprised as it went well an all is good at the mo,,,

    ready to start the new cycle on or around 21st april time

    Like Tai said you definitely wont get the optimum results of deca running it 8 weeks. If you are limitied to 10weeks why not run Prop instead of Enth and Tren instead of deca? Then 10 weeks and 8 weeks would be good

    mon- arms 50min
    tue- chest 50min
    wed- shoul 50min
    thurs- back and legs 50min

    The training is up to you man. There is not necessarily a right or wrong split. Do what works for you.
    My split:
    Quads/hams
    Bi's/tri's
    Shoulders/calves
    Back/traps
    Chest/calves

    So thats based on 5 days per week. But I mean its honestly different for every person, if you want workout ideas go to the workout forum.

    i would split up back and legs.2 major muscle groups i dont believe can be worked properly in 50 min.
