Ok PCT starts 3 weeks after last shot of deca or two weeks after last shot of test enanthate (you didnt say what test you were using). This seems to be common practice and I have done this also for PCT with success.
Day 1 - 300mg of clomid and 20mg of nolvadex
Day 2-11 - 100mg of clomid and 20mg of nolvadex per day
Day 12-21 - 50mg of clomid and 20mg of nolvadex per day
Tribulus and creatine are also great for PCT.

This is your secnd cycle and you dont know proper PCT? In that case, you should read up here, and a lot. What was your last cycle like? Stats?

Deca: 21 days after last injection
Dianabol: 24 hours after last administration
Equipoise: 21 days after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 14 days after last injection
Sustanon: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 24 hours after last administration
Winstrol: 24 hours after last administration

my last shot is going to be with deca i havent finished the cycle getting all the information now so i know and am ready...my first cycle was test, i was alot younger and dumber i didnt use a pct i regret it i know...was young ignorent and stupid...

im 25....the pills i have are 20 mg each so if i take 300 mg...thats more then ten pills....

Hmmmm.......clomid should be 50mg per pill and nolvadex is 20mg per pill. Example........6 clomid pills on day 1 and 1 nolvadex pill on day 1 = 300mgs of clomid and 20mgs of nolva.

Ok, I missed that guys post, yes if your clomid is only 20mg then you are gonna have to take whatever is necessary to get the amount you need to take. Most clomid tabs Ive seen are 50mg though. are you sure?

Its best to divide the tablets equally throughout the day. So on day 1 take 1 every 3 hours (from when u wake) and on days 2-11 take 1 tablet morning and then another 12 hours later. Nolvadex...........just take one tablet in the morning.

just divide them through the day, your total dosage.
