Is 23 guage large enough to use for oil based products like Eq and Test Cyp?

I usuall draw out of an 18 and switch to a 21, but I don't have access to the 21's right now. Is the 23 good enough?

I've used 25's...most people use 23's

I pull with 18, and switch to 23, 2cc of oil, a little slow to inject, but i heard thats the way it should be...
