30 gauge is way too small i would stick with a 22 or 21 i don't know if you could inject an oil based steroid with such a small needle and i wouldn't think it would be long enough either to fully penetrate the muscle. In my opinon i wouldn't even try it bro.

I'm using it for Winny injections. Seem'd to work fine. Poked it a little higher in my glute than normal so I'd have less fat to deal with. Painless.

Thats waterbased, wouldnt work for oils. You need to get oil deeper into muscle, if not you will get oil saturation and end up with an abcess.

    Waterbased again.

    I've done max 1/2CC of oils (usually prop/tren A) in delt/tri/bi.

dimpled the needle in, never had any problems.
    especially no abcess infections lol

    Way to small Bro..

Use a 21 to draw and a 25 to inject. That works great for me..

I just would like a reason for why the guage of the needle matters. The reason for the length of the needle is apparent, but does anyone actually have a reason more than "23 is better" for me?

    Needles work in Gauges.

21 is wider than a 25. It is harder to suck up the oil than to push it out of the syringe. That is why people us a bigger (smaller gauge) diameter needle to draw the oil. And use a smaller needle to poke yourself with because it leaves less scar tissue.

A slin pin is to small in Diameter to suck the oil up and shoot. (depending on what it is your shooting)

    Hope this clears things up.

I've always used 23G X 1. Never thought much about it really. Use it for B-12 too. Don't feel a thing.

I have heard of guys using slin pins trying to inject oil before. Takes forever and usually most slin pins aren't long enough to really penetrate the muscle. Most oil based steroids are best suited shootin through anywhere between a 21g. and a 25g. IMO.
