First Cycle - Bulk and Cut - How?

OK, I've read the multiple threads about first cycles as well as the description of each steroid, and though there are some great information, none of the threads really mention what the results are, as different people look for different things, and I don't want to mix the wrong things together.
Some want to just bulk, some want to cut.
I asked another question on another thread but figured it would be easier to start a new thread as the question changed from the answers I got.

    Here's my dilemna.
I want to bulk and cut relatively quickly. Not looking for massive results, but maybe 10 lbs of muscles or more in 4 to 6 weeks.
I'm not looking to keep this up. Just need to look good for a couple of months in the summer, so looking for something I can do for 4 to 6 weeks, then stop for 3 months or so and start again.

The threads I found did not mention differences between bulking and cutting, and I want to avoid the 'powerlifter' look (not that there's anything wrong with that, just not what I'm looking for). I'm looking for the bodybuilder look. Bigger muscles with cut body and ripped stomach.

I'm 40, 195lbs, 6'2" tall, and work out every day. Already pretty good definition in my upper abs, but not as good lower abs, and not good definition in the chest area.

What would you suggest would be the best stack to use to achieve these results? I also want to avoid as much of the drugs that make you aggressive.

    Thank you, in advance.

i think you can put that on naturally, without any gear

Told you in the other thread to run test.

In the end, diet will dictate whether you are running a cutting cycle or a bulking cycle. If you are planning on the gear just doing the work for you, you will be very disappointed.

believe me, I've tried :-) It's VERY hard for me to build any muscle mass. Probably because of my age. I watch what I eat (no sodas, low fat, protein shakes, etc...), and work out, but to no avail.
No matter how hard I work out, muscles just do not build, and have not been able to cut my lower abs, even though I do all types of stomach exercises (sit ups, leg raises, etc...) I have very long limbs, which does not help any.

You can do all the situps in the world, and never see your abs if you aren't eating properly and doing some cardio. Check out the diet forum and make sure that you are eating correctly. From what you stated, that is pretty broad and doesn't really tell me that you are eating correctly.

This is good advice listen to it.

And your cycle if you choose to do one should be either a bulker or a cutter, dont waste your time trying to do both....To grow you need a caloric surplus, when trying to diet and burn your fat you are in caloric deficit....its like shooting your self in the foot, when trying to get bigger.

Do some research and listen to good advice when its given to you.

    This solid advice.
It's an either/or proposition. If you want a race car, it won't ride like a luxury car and vice versa.

Yeah u gotta choose one or the other.... u can't bulk and cut at the same time.... from the sound of it u are going to waste your time and money on gear, because I think U probably have major flaws in your diet....
