I stay away from prescription pain killers.

What type of test is it?

2.5cc's shouldn't be a problem. I have injected 3 cc's in my quads and delts multiple times without any problems.

I am staying away from my quads for a while because I don't like the way they feel the next day after injection. Not that they always hurt real bad, but just noticeable enough to make you feel kind of lazy on your legs. And if it is prop, it really irritates my quads. Rather put that in my traps than my quads.

rubbing the area after the injection might help. not much else you can do though. you get used to it. for my test and any other painful injections, i tend to use my glutes, cause that's where i tend to feel it the least.

You ever use delt? That is where I experience the least pain no matter what I am injecting.

my delt is where i had the worst pain. i used sust in my delt one time and the pain was unbelievable. when i woke up the next morning, my delt was throbbing with pain and it lasted for another 2 days past that. i couldn't do my shoulder workout cause my delt i injected would literally give out in the middle of a set. maybe i just injected into a bad spot, but after that experience, i won't inject test into my delt anymore.

I actually go up to 1.5" in my delt, but normally use a 1" there or any other site injections such as bis, tris. You would be surprised how deep that muscle actually goes. A 1" is fine in the delt.

I guess everyone react differently. I would give it another shot though. May have just been a bad spot. I was real hesitant to start site injections, but now there isn't many spots on my body where I won't put a pin. I tell you what, it really beats having to use the same spots over and over.

yea, i probably did just hit a bad spot, but if you felt what i felt after that injection, i think you'd be wary of trying again too. maybe i'll give it a shot down the road again sometime and see.

as far as all the different spot injections, i'm in the same boat as you were "velvetlion" about being hesitant. i'm just concerned about hitting bad spots in certain muscles, and i just typically use my glutes for test, and everything else goes in either my delts or quads alternating, so i have 6 different muscles to inject.

funny thing is, it's not the pain of hitting a bad spot that i'm concerned about, it's hitting a bad spot and missing a workout cause of it that concerns me.

Understandable, but I can tell you that I have yet to miss a workout from a bad injection. Come close with prop before, but haven't missed one yet.

i have had same or worse pain, i think i hit a nerve or vein? pain was unbearible!!! and for some reason i cant push in left quad any more, tried once after the pain and had to pull out and try other leg, but even my other leg sometimes gives me trouble, but i always push 3cc min 3 times a wk. now i only use glutes and it gets tender but nothing compared to leg hits! when i start my cut cycle i will be pushin tren and win so i will start delt hits!
