    How often to use Nizoral 1% shampoo.

    Hey guys,
    Can't find any good information on how often the shampoo should be used... is there a definitive answer anywhere?

    Twice a week, every other day?

    When used to fight Test induced side effects, once ED is sufficient.

    hahah Marcus hopefully this will help prevent that. I'm just paranoid about my hair, but I feel like it might be starting to thin. Could just be genetics or the juice. Or hopefully just in my head.

    I guess if worse comes to worse at least I don't have an egg shaped ugly head. haha

    This remedy is still only conjecture, and the FDA and other researchers are still studying it's effects on hair loss, but Avodart (Dutasteride) at .05mgs ED is often recommended to prevent the Test conversion to DHT on the scalp. Remember the preliminary hair loss prevention data is spurious at best, as it was developed to reduce DHT for prostate size reduction.

    Yeah i've done all the research, but I figure it can't hurt - i'm mostly just doing this as a precaution - i'm about to start winny in my cycle as well so I figure it can't hurt to be a little extra safe.

    I don't think I have a problem that requires Duta but i'll keep it in mind if I develope a problem

    I also want to try it out for acne breakouts. I don't have a acne problem on cycle but I get a few across my back every now and then, and I wanna see if this will help.

    When on cycle I use twice a day.

    When off I use once a day and use reg shampoo the other time.

    I've been using it for a few years now and it's really good stuff.

    wow Smak you're one clean guy.

    since i'm on right now i'll try for once a day to start and see how I like it. I usually shower twice a day myself so i'll use it one of the times.

    This is the shampoo that is also used for reducing acne, am i correct? How should that be used? 1 time EOD?

    yeah that's the one. I would assume just as often. put it on your back when you put it on your head.
