first injection. Please help?

Need a bit of help - I am completely new to injecting and very nervous about it, partly because of my fear of needles.

First I made the mistake of opening the bottle of testosterone completely, risking contamination. Can I still use it?

Second, I don't know if it is my nerves but whenever I tried to withdraw some test from the bottle very little comes out, the plunger just automatically returns to the base of the syringe.

The bottle was upside down and I'm sure everything else was done properly so what is actually happening?

Settle down, it will be ok and you will get over your fear.

Pump some air into the bottle using a empty syringe and drawing it back filling it with air before you pierce the bottle. Pump 3 to 5 cc's of air into it.

Get a fresh pin for your injection.


I would still use it even though it was opened.
