Is it ok to take anti-estrogen with a sus/deca cycle. Is it even worth it?

I would use nolva for certain just to be safe and keep ldex/letro on hand if you are more prone to estrogen side effects. 10/20mg ED should do.

I would run at minimum an AI (l-dex, letro......) with those two compounds...... also some B6

I dont get the meaning of - AI l-dex, letro etc
im starting my 8 week cycle of sus/deca in few days and im wondering if i need an anti-estrogen supplement?
Also should i still take tribulus tablets EOD - or will i clonk out?

Nolva is all you need - unless you have problems with gyno. Remember Letro (Letrozole is another drug to control estrogen) is powerful - I'm taking it right now and it slows my gains - but it prevents excess adipose tissue especially on chest and stomach, so I take .62mgs Mon, Wed and Fri. For me its worth it but nolva is best for most as it usually prevents problems with out slowing gains down or blunting estrogen too much.

8 weeks is way too short for deca.
I would NPP if I was going that short.

I think JBG is right - esp if you've never had issues with gyno.

alright well i think ill be alright - i have some generic over the counter anti-estrogen tablets that ill take, ...only if i feel i need to.
another question for u guys -
my deca looks like pure olive oil - but no bubbles. real or fake? iv asked about my sust aswell on another topic forum because im not 100% about if the sus/deca is real.

8 weeks will be a waste with decca, need to extend boss..and i dont think any over the counter ant-e will help with the compounds u will be taking...
