small injection problem

i took my 1st shot last thur afternoon.i have a pretty good size knot on my glute.its not really sore or anything.its pretty good size also.its right where the shot is to be.i was wondering what would be the best thing to do since its time for my next shot.i did everything right,cleaning the area and everything.i even went to another web site that only talks about shot and double checked to make sure i was doing it right.and this is my 2nd cycle.thanks for the info.

did you massage the area after injecting? If not definately make sure you do that next time you inject also you could take a shower ahead of time to loosen up your muscles and to relax, but definately make sure you massage the site after your injection

i did some what.i've always done it about the same each time,so i guess thats why i was wondering what was wrong.thanks for the info,have a good one...

Can happen from time to time bro. You should be fine. Just keep an eye on it.

like velvet said, it happens sometimes. how many times per week are you using the area to inject?
