Ok this is my second cycle, my first cutting cycle.. and im not sure if this should be in the diet forum, or here in the main forum but i figure i'd might as well try here first.
Im going to run test E @ 625mg a week for 10-12 weeks with 20mg a nolva daily (im super gyno prone)
The question i have is based around diet and cardio. I have a fair amount of pudge i gained due to my first cycle and a not so good diet so regardless of how i look at it, it isnt a good thing!
First, i know aa's raise blood pressure a bit, and i know from experience i can definetely get winded easy while "on" now should i limit my cardio or will i be ok? I plan on training 6 days a week, and doing cardio every single one of those days.. starting at about 15mins daily and scaling up to about 45 mins daily at the end of my training. Any advice/concerns?
Second, diet.... ive heard it all.. as have most. The new "thing" seems to be low carb... which makes sense especially cutting seeing as most "carb" rich foods lack in protien. The downside is most protien rich foods dont exactly lack in "fat" content. Now i have "cut" before, back when i first started training.. i was young and i just wanted that 6 pack and i trianed no holds barred and i stuck to my diet like by a T. However i wasnt 100% educated and i kept the calories low which is an obvious must, however i took in anything that was little to 0 fat. Meaning Lots of fruit, veggies, little and only lean meat, small amounts of oatmeal, and Fat Free everything, which obviously usually means the fat is just replaced with sugar, which is equally as bad. I was also taking celltech which had gobs of sugar and carbs in it which is also known to make you retain a bit of water. Even so i was successful at getting down to 6.5% bodyfat. This was all done natural aside from some ephedra/hydroxycut Getting long winded eh?
My plan this time is to eat about 8 meals a day.. 3 protein shakes and 5 food meals. Food will consist of little to NO carbs.... and as much protien as i can take in while keeping my calories under 2000. Now without carbs, without calories, but WITH the higher amount of fat that comes from eating mostly all meat.. will i be able to cut effectively? Im hoping for similar numbers as i had previously. Im no more than 14% bodyfat, thats probably a high estimation, but within a couple months with what i have listed is it possible to make it back into the mid single digits? Any suggestions?
Also, im extremely terrified of losing alot of good weight cutting, honestly is it possible on a high amount of test to gain at all while cutting? Or is the test strictly to limit the "loss" ?
Oh forgot to add, ill be starting the cycle w/ 4 weeks of superdrol (to use up the rest) i know this is thought of more as a bulking compound.. but at the same time it surpressed my appetite BIGTIME so i think it might help out when i start dieting at first.
Please give me as much feedback as possible!
