    I have done tons of research, just wanted to get that out to begin with, and i still have questions.
    im 6'0 215 lbs ive been liften for about 5 years now. ive did a couple cycles of test and deca in my time... im getting ready to do a cycle of test and winstrol. im on a pretty decent diet, im in college so it makes it kinda hard. i am gonna take test en for 10 weeks 500mg each week. i want to run about 30 to 40 mg of winny each day. what i really want to ask is does winny target fat loss? its a cutting agent i know, however is it good for fat loss in general. i plan on doin some cardio but i was jus wantin to know is this is what winny is used for. Can i target my stomach area and actually see some results? i know winny is a cutting agent but i just cant put together on how it actually works, weather it cuts the fat off or what.. i would greatly appreciate if someone will help me out instead of telling me to do more research because im usually readin about this stuff every chance i get. please help

    from my experience winny will just hard'n u up lots.... can help in assisting with fat loss... but diet and cardio are the only ways to loose fat

    You are what you eat AAS or not...but from what I am getting about winny, because I myself am considering a cycle of Test E and winny, for the same results you are looking for, is that winny kinda drys you out and that is where that hard look comes from, so not as much fat burning, but this has inspired me to pick up my copy of "anabolic Steroids" and reread the winny section...

    on it right now with test e, 50mg ed and its harding me up pretty well, i cant say its aiding in fat loss though cuz it really doenst.
    ive noticed more vascularity as well, so far i like it but only diet and cardio will get them abs to come out bro.
    read the cutting stickies in the diet forum and pick it up on the cardio and youll have some nice results.

    I just finished a 10 weeker of E at 600/wk. and 7 weeks of winny at 50mgs/ed, it definatly hardened me up quite a bit, and the burns and pumps were just rediculus! I didnt start to notice any fat loss until I bumped up the cardio and completly cut my diet down. If you already have a tight diet and do fairly hevay cardio, you should cut up a bit.

    Im on week 5 of test E 500 / week split mon and thurs
    EQ 400 / week split mon and thurs
    and winny 100mg EOD

    I was 6'5 218 about 15% body fat
    Now I am 238 at with a lot more definition probably 8-10%

    different body part daily about an hour in the gym
    little rest between sets about 45 seconds

    I've been hittin cardio three times per week 45 mins light jog

    300 grams of protein a day
    Iso pure sero carb to supplement my chicken brests, tuna, turkey, and an occasional steak
    simple carbs - galore cabbage by the head, salads, spinach and fruits I fill up on these
    i will also have whole wheat bread with my egg whites and on my turkey sandwiches and either a baked potatoe or brown rice with my dinner

    I love dieting it makes the difference...

    Winny doesn't really show it's true effects unless your bodyfat is already fairly low.... it might help dry you out a bit... but don't expect it to aid in fat loss... that's diet and cardio's job...

    Just got my bf tested today and i'm just under 5%. I'm on my 4th day of Winny at 50mg/day, when should I start seeing/feeling it?

    U are under 5%...... Damn bro what more do u want from the winny.....lol

    Yea its pretty much pathetic, I have this little f****ing spot of fat on my lower abs. So instead of running clen or something to lose fat (which i dont need), I tried winny to grind off a little water, and maybe throw on a couple pounds to help out the cause as well.

    under 5 is dam* good. Try increasing your cardio and revisiting the diet forum for some help in this department. The two synergize and go hand in hand.

    If you keep your cardio up, your calories and carbs down, you should cut plenty of fat. Just make sure you keep your protein plenty high so you don't lose any muscle. I have seen a lot of people get pretty lean that way on 50 mg every other day.

    dude juiced, you and I have the same problem, my bf is like 8 or9 percent and im super lean, EXCEPT this little spot on my lower abs where if it were gone my abs would be where I want em...And i was thinking of running a cycle of Test e 500 mg/week and winny 50 mg ed, I would love to know how yours goes...

    I'm going "winny only" only because I couldn't get my hands on any var, I'm on day 4 right now haven't noticed much but can feel my joints are acting a little different on cardio and my legs are absolutely tight as hell. I'm only running it for 4 weeks because my liver is easily messed up.

    get on some triflex, you can buy it at GNC, it is the absolute best for joint lubrication, if you get on that you should counteract that joint stiffness for sure...go do that and let me know how your joints respond that would help my cycle decision alot...

    if your @ 5% BF and dont want to do clen then invest in some helios its injected just under the skin w/ slin pin, its a miracle worker!!!
    but this cut cycle is great:
    100-200mcg clen
    50-60mcg T3
    30-60mg win ed
    30-60mg var ed
    6wk cycle w/ crazy cardio and tight diet you will be contest ready!!!

    I can't see having any patch of fat anywhere at a true 5% BF.. Are you competing or you are just 5% for the hell of it? Also 5% is extremely hard to maintain while maintaining LBM. Not calling BS, just think you might be a bit higher than 5%.
