my frist cycle I gained about 100lbs on my bench press over 13 weeks.
600mg Test E, 400mg Deca. Gained 30lbs, retained about 22 - 24 of it. Lost some of the bench gains obviously - Deca gains are hard to hold onto from what I understand, and I can attest to it.
currently on a prop / tren cycle and am about halfway done, have gained about 30lbs on my max from what I can tell, but reps are way way up, so once I get used to the higher weight on my chest I should be maxing more.

why is strength always measured by bench: "hey, how much do you bench" what about squats and deads.

well I think this depends on how strong where u to begin with... I gained only 30 lbs in my first cycle and after PCT I started decline back to the starting point. I did bench a lil under 400 naturally though so maybe Im close to where I can be naturally.. I sure hope not but am afraid so..
A true and educated weightlifter and bodybuilder will know strength isn't just measured by your bench alone. It's usually ignorant fools that focus mostly on benching with the moronic mentality that this is what makes them big and powerful. I've seen some guys like this benching in the 400's but can't squat 315 for 10 reps. Anyways for the question on strength on a cycle depends i guess mainly on your diet. You can take all the sh!t you want but food is the key. My bench went up nice on 10 shots of deca 300 once a week. By the end I was hitting 315 15-16 times alone. my deadlift went up a little to 635.
