    More Mass

    I have been doing aas off and on for about three years. The first time I ever did one was deca 300mgs a week for 8 weeks and got amazing gains 15+ lbs and kept most of it. After that I added a little test for my next one and got decent gains and kept a little. My last one I am finishing now I did d tabs 25 mgs ed for the first for weeks and 750 of Test E for about 10-12 weeks. My gains with the d tabs are good but I don't seem to gain any mass with the Test E and my weights tend to dip back. For the past 3 cycles, my weight usually starts right at 200lbs and gets up to about 215 and then levels off at about 208 and then I tend to dip down after completion and maintain anywhere from 200 to 205. I can't seem to get any great gains any more. I know my body it probably getting used to the gear but at the dosage I feel I should be getting much better gains and maintaining more size each time. Does any one have any feedback. Maybe my body is just tired of Test E. I hope I am not overstepping any boundries with this thread. Any suggestions

    My suggestion is to get into a very strict diet and lifting routine. There is no reason with good diet and training that you should be doing more and more cycles and ending up at the same weight after. Not a flame, but it just seems like poor training or diet. That or your gear is bunk, but you said you gain adn then drop, so I can only think you need to change up your training and diet.

    My strength has went through the roof and my workouts are pretty intense. I also keep my protein at least 250 grams a day and my calories are really high as well. Do you think I should try cleaning up my diet. I don't really keep it clean I just try to keep my calories up and protein.

    Should I try some different aas. Do you think I am making a mistake by not including equpoise or deca with the Test.

    Well with three cycles under your belt it wouldnt hurt to throw in a new compound. I would also increase your protein. You are over 200lbs like me, so I get over 400g per day. I mean like Ronnie Coleman said, the more protein you can eat the better.

    In 4 years I have done 6 total cycles and the only compounds I have taken are deca, Test e mostly, Sust once and D tabs in their 3 times. What do you suggest anyone.

    I suggest cleaning up your diet and I'll bet you'll make much better gains. Diet is extremely important.

    You should eat 1000-1500 calories over what you usually eat to bulk, since you are on gear.

    so lets say 200lbs

    2g protein per lb = 400g = 1,600 calories
    3.25g carbs per lb = 650g carbs= 2,600 calories
    90g fat= 810 calories

    totals = 5,010 calories a day.

    i am 245 and upped my cals and am clean bulking now that i have cut down.

    i eat 400g protein= 1,600g cals
    550g carbs= 2200 cals
    120g fat= 1100 cals

    so this is 4900 a day.

    tho in thew winter i jump high as hell
    425g protein, 725g carbs, 150g fat = 6,000 cals

    Just eat like a mother ****er. Stuff down the shakes, oats, rice, red meat, and salmopn. all fats from good exept for 25 saturated.

    if you didnt wait long enough between each cycle maybe ur receptors were used to gear IMO you should wait a while to juice again.

    I can tell you one thing. Unless you're using unusually small doses, your body is not "used" to the Test E. Example: I have a couple of friends that cycle about 2-3 times a year, but know absolutely nothing about bodybuilding: (no PCT and very lame diet). However, they always manage to put on AT LEAST 20 lbs. per cycle. They don't keep it, but nonetheless.

    So.......it's probably your diet like the rest of the members said.

    I never have known that much about PCT until just recently. I just took advice from a guy that I thought was pretty knowledgable about gear and he told me not to do anything if I kept my cycles short enough. I did go against him a couple of times and used clomid and HCG. That is probably why I have so much trouble keeping my gains. If I would have joined this forum a couple of years ago I would probably weigh about 225 instead of 205. I think from really studying what people have been saying on this site, it has been a huge mistake for me not doing serious PCT. I will never make that mistake again. Thanks forum. Appreciate the help. Always looking for good advice and new ideas. I guess if I live long enough, I may learn a thing or two.
