Good stuff man, it truly is a good site for people to learn, especially when you are doing them on yourself. Honestly my favourite places have to be pecs and biceps. Just out of pure ease, I mean they are right there infront of you, no twisting and turning to try to inject and get cramps while holding the syringe there so long, no blind guessing, you see exactly where its going in and its just so easy. I dont know why people are scared to try these places, I mean a needle in a needle, pain is pain...not gonna change just because the site you inject changes.

ive never injected pecs before but i know i need more locations down the rd for my cutting cycle...Arent there a lot of veins that run through the chest? im pretty lean, but not too vascular, but from pics i have seen it seems like there are a lot? I guess i'd use a 5/8" needle, so depth isnt a worry its just...i dunno....

When I first started, I did glute shots and I had someone to shoot me. For the longest time, that is the only place I would shoot cause I was a big wuss. Recently, I tried delts and quads and quads are by far the easiest for me. You can see everything and there is no pain, for me anyhow. Delts aren't too bad either, but you are limited on the amount of cc's you can shoot there.

There are gonna be veins everywhere man no matter what. 5/8 needle is great for chest, just go all the way in and you're good to go. But I dont think anyone really needs to worry about veins, nerves etc. They are in every muscle and just because someone injects in glutes doesnt mean they wont be likely to hit a nerve or blood vessel.

It all depends, nerve damage can lead to major problems, but if you just prick it with a pin, you will most likely get muscle spasm and an odd feeling. thats why I always go in slow so I can feel for the nerves and pull back if needed. If you damage a nerve it can lead to paralysis of the muscle, will not work anymore, then the muscle will degrade from not using it and your muscle can be stuck in a certain position.
