My nolva is crystalizing and just being a giant pain, any tips on how to get it to flow freely? I keep it in my desk drawer which isn't very cold so I have no idea why it crystalizes... arg, i need advice.

Don't worry about it...just shake the sh!t out of it right before you dose, so the suspension is uniform throughout...that way total strength of dosage should remain fairly constant to the end of the bottle...
