Critique 2nd Cycle

First cycle was 12 weeks long in July-Sept 05 useing QV Test E 500mg week/QV Deca 400mg week and 4 week jumpstart with @35mg Refv Dbols and finished with an 8 week cycle of clen starting at the beginning of pct using clomid and nolv. I am 5'7" and started at 160lbs and am now 180lbs. This cycle I was going to use:

QV Andro- 75mg ED wk 1-3
QV Test E- 500mg EW wk 1-15
QV Deca - 400mg EW wk 1-14
Letro 1.25 EOD 1-15 starting 1 week in advance
Nolv on hand
I also have 10,000 iu of HCG that will be used (My recovery was slow after last cycle so I decided to give this a try))

I was hopeing on getting through cycle and maintaining 195lbs. Also at the end of my first cycle I was benching 315 and I want to bench at least 365 at the end of this cycle.

I see alot of threads saying Deca should be run at least 14 weeks so thats why I extended this cycle to 15.

For a 2nd cycle do you think this is too much gear???

why are you running deca ? i run it for my knees and I get great results out of 6 week runs.

Should I split the andro dose up into 2 times a day or take it all at once?
