To all the newbies ,You should take a some time before you post a ???, This site is full of information, it seems some questions get asked 100x times over and over,NO FLAME, but IMO we the newbies should take are time and read up on all info before we post, POST a new ??? not the same, lets give the MOD and VETS a break.

JA JA JA, I dont think anyone minds helping or else we wouldnt be here, but it is a little much when there are two of the same questions posted only a few threads away from eachother.
