    B12 and gear

    Can I pull b12 and gear into the same syringe?

    yup, pull it 1st so you get all the gear out of the syringe.

    You sure can mix your b12 with the gear. That's how I do it.

    Regarding B12, what's the deal--why do people take it? Energy and appetite increases? Are there other reasons? It's kind of hard for me to believe it really makes a difference, and so much so that people would inject it. I'd love if someone informed could point me in the direction of some more info about injecting B12.

    Mixing up B-12 with gear, especially the ones that likely cause post-injection soreness, such as test prop. really helps to relieve this post-injection soreness.

    I always cut the prop. with B-12, usually 1cc test prop and 1/2cc B-12 each shot.

    No complaints here.

    B-12 is what's being discussed in this thread.
    B-6 @ 100-200mg/ed is also a great addition, but for other reasons than mentioned above.
