if the site takes credit cards they are usally scammers but not all the time if they are legit they will ask for western union.

that isn't all true i have seen some legit sites that take credit cards but now that you mention it they just anounced master card will no longer take there orders

Using your CC isn't smart. It leaves a paper trail for anyone wanting the information to look at.

Also, just because the accept CC doesn't mean they are legit. Web sites IMO are a big gamble and risk as well. If you know about the site you better belive LE does as well.
