i started the proviran at day 10 so i have no clue how my estrogen reaction is....... cycle is deca and test e about 325mg decca a week and about 400mg test a week.

If your taking 25mg of proviron take one in the morning. If you are taking 50mg, take 25 in the am and 25 in the pm.

man its a good thing ya'll dont workout with me cause i would talk your ear off with questions and neither of us would get anything done..... i have did my homework and researched alot but i dont guess i feel comfortable with my knowledge so i just have a ton of questions and then some new idea will pop in my head and i wanna know about that! thanks for the help though

I used to use proviron on cycle buying into all the SHBG stuff and mysterious DHT mediated estradiol reduction. I still had to use nolvadex when using it b/c my nipples began to itch. Before that I was running nolvadex only and noticed the proviron greatly reduced estrogen bloat (in the gut mainly). I no longer use it on cycle b/c I use small doses of ldex which controls estrogens fine. I still find it valuable during PCT due to its positive effects on sex drive and performance.

So to answer your question you can definently use it throughout your cycle, just saying that I no longer do.
