    calf pumps

    Hey guys, I am on my third week of 500mg test e a week. And latley i have been getting huge calf pumps and can hardly walk sometimes. When I just start a jog they come and I have to stop. Anyone know what could be causing this?

    It means u're working out your legs.
    U could take more water in, eat pottasium, to help deal with cramping.
    Best way to stop it tho, would be to stop excersizing your legs..but for most people including me thats out of the question.

    i just finished a similar cycle. ya they're annoying especially after a 25 min walk around campus. just think of it this way, ur calves are getting a good workout by just walking. put up with the pain, beats having chicken legs.lol

    Is it a true pump (unlikely in the calf) or just shin splints? I get bad shin splints sometimes, basically cut back on calf training and stretch the foot back and forth to build up the front of the lower leg (since the calf becoming stronger is the main thing causing it).

    no i have had shin splints and its not one its just in my calf muscle maybe its just cramps?

    I get real nasty calf pumps when I run....I never had it before until 2 or 3 years ago. I still got it to this day and it's a bitch.
