    Question CLEN questions???

    I am 20 yr. male, 5'10", and my weight fluctuates between 175-180. I am considering taking clen to aid me in fat loss, additionally I am doing cardio 3 times a week and have my diet in check. My questions are what is the propper way to take clean? I have read the boards and educational threads, some say use t3 to prevent stomach cramps and what not, some say go straight clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. What I am curious about is if I choose to take it, what is the propper dosage starting out, how often, and what do I take with it? Secondly, I have been trying to stay away from OTC fatburners with caffeine as my dermatoligist says caffeine can cause acne, and I am already on acutane. So would I still be ok to take clen, or is it going to have the same effect as caffeine in reference to causing acne? Sorry for the long post, any information is helpful. Thanks.

    why do you need to lose fat at 180?

    the 2 week on 2 week off is outdated.

    read more threads on clen, they now suggest 6 weeks straight with benadryl to refresh receptors.

    I would up the cardio to 5-6 times per week. How long are you performing cardio for? I prefer to run clen for 6-8 weeks with benadryl every 3rd week. You say you have your diet 'in check', but is it?

    I need to lose weight at 180 because I am still 10-15 lbs off of my lean weight, which is about 165 (according to my trainer). I do cardio for 30-45 minutes only three times a weeek because I am afraid of a substancial loss in muscle if I up it to 5 to 6 days a week. I wrote my diet with my trainer and a woman who writes diets for bodybuilders, so for the most part its in check. How about doasges of clen? And how much benadryll/how often? (I still dont undestand why benadryll, but I will keep researching).

    If you perfrom your cardio at around 65% MHR rate i wouldn't see that you would lose muscle, and as long as your protein intake is high. Benadryl cleans out your receptors to keep the stuff working. I would use 50-100mg ED for a week, every 3rd week. (Before bed).
