Advice Needed (Possible Infection?)

This is my third shot of Test E. 250mgs thurs and sun. First cycle ever. The first two shots were followed the next by a little pain, nothing bad. Normal from what ive been reading. I let my roomate shot me in the ass yesterday morning, and today my ass ****ing hurts. I mean bad. No bruising, swelling, just an intense charliehorse-like pain. Why wouldnt this of happened on the first two shots?

The only thing that was done differently was a) my roomate shot it and b) I took a shower before and not afterwards. I worked legs yesterday too. Those facts given, what do you think? I'm obviously going to deal with it, but a big concern of mine is this:

I have a rugby game tomorrow. If it hurts this bad, i am going to have an EXTREMELY hard time playing, if i even can. Hopefully its all subsided tomorrow, but if it hasnt, would i be doing damage to myself by playing on it anyways?

It's too early to tell if it's an infection. If the pain doesn't subside in 4-5 days or gets worse then yeah, chances are it is. I drained 10CCs of puss out of my right tri from a prop shot a couple weeks ago, watch for pain, heat at the injection site and a hard feel to the area when you touch it, the key is catching it early.

What brand of test are you using? One thing i have learned from past experience, is to do your own injects, lol!...unless your friend is a nurse or dr.

Also, the pain could be because these are your first injection in these sites....... the muscle fascia will take some time to stretch........... but do as stated above and keep an eye on it.

I woke up this mornig with pain, and now when i lay on my back, i can feel this big lump type thing around the injection site. **** this sucks. Definately missed a game today because of the pain.

Also, should i continue with my other 250mg test enth shot tomorrow? Thats the schedule...

I had the same thing happen and it took a week to subside. All skin is rittled with bacteria Staph. Epidermis mainly. Saph. Epi. is not particurarly virulant but given the rich conditions ( a nice pool of bloodd and a warm 37 deg C it, or others, could do some damage) Make sure the site is clean, 70% ( not 90%) isopropyl alcohol is usually thought to do the trick, but leave for 60 sec to do its work.

Always change the site of inject. give it at least 1 week to recover from the last shoot..! and the most important of all.....WASH YOURE HANDS FIRST...!!!

UPDATE:

Pain is still very bad, the injection site continues to swell. Andvil helps, not a ton though. Should I try to drain it with a syringe/needle? Its been almost 3 days since the injection.

3 days is nothing. It will be gone in 2 days max..

worst thing ever is i had 2mls in my calf.. and i shot it on sunday... monday night it started hurting.. tuesday - thursday it was completely swelled and i couldnt put pressure on it. So you ass is alittle sore and its not red/infected.. just let the Oil settle. Youll be A-Ok

Something is wrong if you are in as much pain as you are describing and there is swelling.

Either the gear or your technique is causing problems for you.

Give it a couple of more days, sit on a heating pad and massage the area as much as possible to disperse the oil.

This goes without saying, but use alcohol wipes and fresh needles, and if you are using test e, use only human grade.

Good luck bro. If it goes another 48, suck it up and go to the dr.

You shouldn't be getting this from clean test e. If 5-7 days go by and it does not get better i would say it's an infection. You can try draining it yourself but you'll still need to go to the doc and get it treated.

ALL WAYS insure that if somone else or you inject, that you change needles after withdrawing from the bottle, otherwise your neede will blunt, this causes a barb on the needle point. On withdrawing from site the muscle will tear enough to cause swelling for days, I had the same problem when I strarted Injecting I.M. Sus 250 I had an angry swelling on my thigh that lasted about five days. It subsided after mixing with viramone (thined the solution) and chaning the needle after withdrawing oil from bottle. However if this gets any worse see a doctor, he can only call you names for using.

I just injected my left glute yesterday morning, and everything is fine today. No pain/swelling/nada. Its just my right glute that got fvked up from doing it last thursday.

I got some extra penecillan (sp?). Should i pop a couple a day and see if it helps?

Area started to swell towards my lower back today. Had night sweats last night. WTF. If I go to the doctor, would anyone recommend against going to an on-campus doc for any reason? They still have a privacy policy statement.
