anavar cycle
I don't currently use any Aas but am definetely interested in shakin things up a bit. I've done ton of research on this forum and learned a lot. I'm 5'11 200 pounds and 14 % Bf. Been training for 3 years. I'm pretty bulky looking already, and I feel like if i could harden up and drop some Bf i could finally see all the muscle I've worked so hard to get. My friend did anavar after a test cycle and got really nice and ripped. I feel like my test levels are already through the roof without anything so i was wondering if i could do an anavar cycle by itself and get some nice results? Would i need any pct and how much and how often would be sufficient for some nice results? remember, just looking to harden up and get some defintion, no need for any significant size gains. Thanks

Many people have done var only cycles and have gotten a little harder with more vascularity, at least thats what happened to me, and add appetite suppression to the list. Personally, I would still stack it with test prop nowdays. If you just want to drop some bodyfat hit up the cardio, strict diet, and research clenbuterol .

Dave, I have used var in every cycle I have ever done...yes, it is great. It sounds like you are looking for something mild, and are nervous about side effects. You said you have high test now, but even var will shut you down after a couple of days. You should at least use a mantainence dose of test through your cycle -TRUST ME, even just 200- 250 mgs/wk to replace what your body normally produces. I am not one of these guys that think you have to have 500mgs + a week of test for it to be a good cycle, but NO test is stupid. at the very least run HRT doses of test. I actually don't train for size and I love test/var cycles- they will definately harden you up, and easy on the body. You might want to run the ox at 40 mgs+/day( depending on what kind of var you have, you may need more, or even a touch less)& test at 250 a week(or every ten days) for about 7 weeks. Your only concern is you lipid profile with the var which is why I don't believe you should run it for more that about 6-7 weeks. This is a very mild cycle, but can really change your body composition!

just don't expect the var to be some form of super dexatrim...... if your diet is not in check no amount of var is going to lean u out and get u ripped..... too many people think gear is a dieting tool...... there is no substitute for a good diet......
