How long to continue taurine after clen useage?

Just wondering after you stop using clen , for about how long do you need to keep taking the taurine? Also, I don't think it's quite as important, but what about potassium as well? Thanks.

Don't know about the potassium, i've never used that with clen .

I'd say just a day or two with the taurine. My cramps go away within a day.

right, but i'm not worried about cramps from the clen , there's another reason for taking the taurine. it has something to do with the conversion of t4 or t3 or something in your body, and taking taurine while on clen prevents a "rebound effect" once discontinuing it. i know clen takes about 10 days to completely leave your system, but i'm not sure how long it takes for that conversion to be unaffected by the clen.
