Just wondering after you stop using clen, for about how long do you need to keep taking the taurine? Also, I don't think it's quite as important, but what about potassium as well? Thanks.

Don't know about the potassium, i've never used that with clen.
I'd say just a day or two with the taurine. My cramps go away within a day.

right, but i'm not worried about cramps from the clen, there's another reason for taking the taurine. it has something to do with the conversion of t4 or t3 or something in your body, and taking taurine while on clen prevents a "rebound effect" once discontinuing it. i know clen takes about 10 days to completely leave your system, but i'm not sure how long it takes for that conversion to be unaffected by the clen.
