I will be starting my dbol @30mg for 4 weeks. Each tab is 5mg how shud I space this out? Shud I take 1 tab every every 4 hrs or take 2 tab every 4 hrs. Please help.

The half-life of dbol is very short. You should try and split doses 4Xs/day.

10mg Every 6-8hrs. I take it 3x/day.
