what do you guys think of ar-research clen?

just wondering if ar-research liquid clen is as good as the pill form? i've heard mixed reviews about the company and how good their stuff is, but i figured since they're advertised on this site, i'd see what all of you have to say in here who have tried it.

also, how do you accurately measure doses with the liquid form? are the sprays an exact amount, or do you need to buy something to measure it out? thanks.

And mixed reviews is all your going to get bro. Because ar is a sponsor of this board. In my opinion, it was ok. nothing spectacular, maybe a little underdosed but I've very little to compare it to. I use a syringe to measure, more accurate IMO. just filed down the tip for safety and shot in mouth.

i prefer the pill clen over ar's liquid clen. really wasn't impressed with it
