Hey everyone. I am thinking about taking my first cycle. Could anyone help? I am 19 5'11 170 lean. I want to take Test Cyp 1 inj per week, but I dont want too much water retention while on it. When on this should I have to consume 200g of protien, 3000g calories, 250 carbs, and 75g of fat per day? With at least 3 hours of cardio a week.

Weeks 1-12 Nolvadex 20m per day
Weeks 5-10 Proscar
Weeks 12-14 Clomid
Is this good and will I keep at least 10-12 pounds of muscle?
