Hey my first cycle...
Hey everyone. I am thinking about taking my first cycle. Could anyone help? I am 19 5'11 170 lean. I want to take Test Cyp 1 inj per week, but I dont want too much water retention while on it. When on this should I have to consume 200g of protien, 3000g calories, 250 carbs, and 75g of fat per day? With at least 3 hours of cardio a week.
Weeks 1-10 Test Cyp like 200-400 weekly
Weeks 1-12 Nolvadex 20m per day
Weeks 5-10 Proscar
Weeks 12-14 Clomid
Is this good and will I keep at least 10-12 pounds of muscle?

At your age I feel you have way too much natural ability to reach these goals. Forget the AAS and check out the diet and training forums, they can only help. Best of Luck...............

10-12lbs of weight more realistically hehe.. i dont think its a good idea to start off with 400mg shot tho, thats alot to put in yourself for one shot this being your first cycle..
you should really be dividing the 400mg/wk into 2 shots a week.. and 200mg/wk u will not get nearly any gains

too young, and at those stats it sounds like u might not have a solid enough base to start with the gear..... just like jay said try and get the most out of your natty potential before turning to aas........

i am probably a rare case.. but i was 6'4 and 147lbs in december.. i got up to 165 naturally before i started juicing in early feb.. i started way too early i admit, but i really have no regrets.. 7 weeks into my cycle im already up to 193lbs.. like i said tho i am probably a very rare case and not the best footsteps to follow in and who knows i might have gotten very lucky with no sides so far, my diet has come along way tho too, and i owe alot of the succes to food. And i am also 19yrs old

3000 calories is way below my maintainance. So to answer your last question, it takes more calories to grow. So eat. Specifically more carbs and protein in the diet you listed.

Take the advice from the guys above. If you are bent on doing AAS, Just do 200mg twice per week for 12 weeks. You will have good gains. At age 19 your test levels are still going up though. You should make good gains with good diet and a good work out program. Do lots of squats, cleans, dead lifts.

i woudltn try test for my first cycle..if u still are gonna take a form of steriod .i would recommend superdrol for your firstcycle...see how it goes.

you have to run test for your first because you have to know how your body reacts to test, its the basis for any future cycle...Test Only, more specifically Enanthate ...
