    clen cramps

    I don't know what's up... i might have to quit taking it. I had mild cramps during my 1st week on it. Pretty much would start happening mid day. I was taking Taurine and potasium and drinking 2 gallons of water...still crampin...and then yesterday i ate a whole pizza (cheat :P) and I had HORRIBLE cramps where my entire quad's siezed...n e of you guys have similiar probs?

    i'm dosing 120 split up to take twice.

    You will most likely get used to it. Never experienced it after the first week though. Are you gradually raising the doses? I never did thats why it was only the first week for me. (doing it next time)

    I only cramped once, my quad cramped after a hellacious leg day. Other than that, no cramps whatsoever.

    Probably using to much to soon. How much potassium are you taking? Taurine does not help with cramping, it is used to replace what is taken from your liver.

    1-1.5g of water should be ok.

    yah... i pretty much was up to 120 by day 4...didn't notice too much so i didn't worry about it. at this point i'm not sure i'm going to stay on it. Not cus of the cramping...but because it is sucking my energy out and really leaving me feeling empty during my martial arts...kinda takes the fun out if it ya know?

    I get cramping so bad from Clen that I can't use it. I take all the supps, but nothing stops it.

    I only feel cramping in my stomach......I'm gonna get some potassium tomorrow.....how much potassium to take?

    Ever take a big dump and your obliques cramp up and you stand up to stretch it, only to realize you forgot to wipe first? Yea, I love to hate clen .

    last time i took clen i got some pretty severe cramps. im on it right now though and haven't had any problems

    did you know that if you were to throw a chunk of pure potassium into some water it would blow up?

    I was wondeing why i didnt remeber posting in this thread its two months old! To answer you question Potassium should be taken at 200-400mg a
    day taken before bed on an empty stomac

    split the dose up more than twice a day and if that doesnt help take less mcg's untill cramps go away.

    Some people get clen cramps and some don't, but I've found that people who take potassium (or eat bananas) get them less often. I've had ab cramps while doing crunches that made me roll into a ball to alleviate the pain! Ab cramps are the worst... feels like your balls are trying to eat your intestines.

    No cramps now that I've been supplimenting with Potassium and Taurine......all is well....dropping some weight of my belly....and becoming more defined.....

    Its all good! Still get the shakes and anxiety though.....up to 125mcgs/day
