Hey, fellas. I'm planning on a Prop. Tren, Winny bulker in a month or so. Been planning it for a while. Only thing is, my work schedule kinda sucks and it's going to suck for quite a long time, which means I'll have to work out EARLY in the morning...like 5:00 a.m. I figured in my whole daily schedule, and I would only be getting about 6 1/2 to 7 hours of sleep during the weekdays. My question is: how bad do you think this will affect my gains? Will it be noticeable? I know that sleep is very important; I just wanted some other input from you guys...
