What are the results on Primo Depot, is it really that good, how should I cycle it? What are the side effects and should I stack it with winstrol, or something else?

It's generally heralded as the best drug out there for retaining gains and minimal sides. The draw back is, because of high demand it is hard to find and there are a lot of fakes. Also, in order to be effective you need at least 300mg/week and @ $10 an amp that can get pricey, especially if you're running it with something else. Winstrol is a good stacking choice as is anavar.
