and I have some finastride incase should I take it as a precautionary measure or will it mess up my gains

I've never noticed any decrease in gains while using it but it's not going to do much for hair loss from tren and winny.

keep it at 1 mg a day, and you will notice nothing.

Depends on whether you're prone to mpb as well. You didn't mention tren however, which I find to be one of the most harsh on your hairline.
You also just mentioned in your other post that you just started winny and are asking how long it takes to kick in. Considering that I wouldnt say you know how winny is on your hair yet.
