can you have an infection without and exterior signs? i while back i shot into my quad test e 250mg and after a day i couldnt bend my leg the pain was very bad i had to walk around on crutches and had trouble getting into cars, when i saw the doctor he gave me anti biotics saying it was an infection but i was unsure on this cause i keep very very sanitary. by the time the pain had gone, about 10 days, there was never any signs of infection on my leg or knee or anywhere, so was it an infection or could it have been something else?
