good combination

i have taken cycles in the past and have gotten alot of results. but im looking for something a little less severe and was wondering if m1p(methy one phaylene) + noexplode + cytogainer is a good size building combination. i also have metrx's amped. if you could let me know i would really appreciate it. thanks
