Been out for like a year or two and here I am. getting back into the gym and shit really takes some dedication, but once it's started back up, it's routine.
So here's my deal, I'm about 195 now from my 170 a couple yrs back "working out has paid off" I want to get back up to my 210 and LEAN so here's what im doing.
HGH 5/2 at 2 to 3iu/day
in about a month or two, im gonna hit Fina/Enanthate for about 6wks.
Fina EOD at 100mg per ml
QV Enan at 500mg/week
Should be able to get some weight on that.
