60mgs a day. I usually split it 20am, 20early afternoon, 20 evening.
i agree i had good results with 60mgs a day for 12 weeks, but its up to you how long you run the cycle.Originally Posted by derek7m

Ive done var from 40-150mgs ed. The more I take, the more resuls I see...
yep. I mean that when I took 80 I didn't see as good results as from taking 60, but that's just me.
i cant believe the cost of the stuff
I took 30mg and barely noticed a thing, 60mg was ok, 80mg a day and loved it, next time im doing 100mg.
