newbs with ZERO posts PMing me????

I have a question for the mods......... I thought a member had to have a certain number of post to pm? I received a PM today from a member with no posts... yes 0 posts, asking me for a powder source........... I m not going to put his name on blast but is that rule no longer in effect??? Thanks for any info on this.....

PS... please don't pm me for sources.... I will just block your pm's and then if u have a real question u won't be able to get thru....

It is some jackass that got to 26 posts by just using "bump" in every thread. Nark deleted all of his posts, but he still got PM's off. MANY MANY MANY people got this same PM, just ignore it.

Or you could respond and send him the link to the new source check rule. I myself deleted it.
