Hey guys,
Im just starting letro on day 3 now and was wondering what the best way to consume the letro over the day was. say im taking 1.5mg today....should it be taken 3 times at .5 or should i just take it all at once? Also should i avoid drinking or eating for a bit after? Thanks guys

Yes, the best dose if you are just using it to suppress estro as maintenance anti-e on cycle is .25mg ED you could use .50mg as well. But no need to go higher than that.

Bino i was using advice you gave me to start helping w gyno. You said by day 5 i should be at 2.5 mg then taper back down. Like i said i am on day 3 now and would like to know if i should take all that at once or break it into twice a day? what do you think ?

Oh oh oh shit man, my bad. I forgot you were using it for gyno. I just use it once a day, single dose of it does the trick. I do it before bed so on a somewhat empty stomach and wash it down with a glass of water.
And only taper back down once you notice the gyno disappear.
