what else do i need?
im
5'11,,230+lbs
i want to get back to looking good ,right now im a mess
I have 50ml winny on its way should be here soon
im not to worried about the shot have some good info on the where and how to do it
i work out 3 days a week im eating healthy and getting rest now the sore keeps me from more workout time due to 4 years of inactivity
my question is what do i need ,i have been reading like nuts
i know i need glucosamine and test
i have no clue is glucosamine and test a over the counter item
i plan to do this right the first time no mistakes
please help me i would like to keep it simple as i do not want to stack alot . this is my first cycle.

Are you really sure your diet is in check? What are your Goals?
Remember the saying :you are what you eat" diet and cardio are 85-90% of this whole lifestyle.

yes it is in order no more JUNK food i even went as far as to get a grocery list from a doc i have been on it 3 weeks and lost 5 lbs my goal is to become lean i have a bulky top frame but im chubby ...my weist is size 40 and im norm a size 32, my neck has always been 17 in and now its 18in ...i want my life back and i want to look great.
my bro has just done winny by itself {as i have learned that is not what you should do}got great results so that is where the idea came from.

Do you have a general Idea about what your BF% is? What I would do Is check out the diet forum and look at the Cutting Sticky.
I would really put a point of emphasis on yoru diet before looking to gear. There are alot of misconceptions about what Winnie does and I will tell you it does not "Shred" you.
Winny is more of a hardening drug. Make sure you get the diet down and ask as many ?'s as you can in the diet forum. IMO everyone Newbie on this board should start off in the diet forum and then get access to the Anabolics forum.
